And \u00a0the\u00a0enemy\u00a0of democracy could exploit any\u00a0situation\u00a0to mark its ruthlessness \u00a0across the world. The world Cup that unites us in peace has been denounced in\u00a0Mogadishu\u00a0and\u00a0blasted\u00a0in\u00a0Kampala!!!<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Ugandan\u00a0Capital is the new old \u00a0target for the continues \u00a0Somalian\u00a0syndrome\u00a0which\u00a0is\u00a0havocking\u00a0the Horn of Africa.\u00a0\u00a0The main cause of the conflict in the Horn of Africa is the the \u00a0perpetuation\u00a0of the reign of \u00a0dictators\u00a0which\u00a0become\u00a0fertile ground for terrorist acts. There is no any \u00a0democratically elected head of state or any democratic power\u00a0transition\u00a0 in all of the seven countries in the region except that of unrecognized break away \u00a0Somaliland. \u00a0Somalia (Mogadishu), Ethiopia, Eritrea,\u00a0Uganda, Sudan, Rwanda leaders \u00a0came to power \u00a0through \u00a0arms way, either \u00a0using liberation struggle or a mere coup d’etat.\u00a0 In the Horn of Africa the state power \u00a0is \u00a0forged under the\u00a0barrel\u00a0of the gun<\/em><\/span>. These men in arm once in power they cling to it and continue to monger war in the region via Somalia. They play \u00a0a \u00a0sham democratic election to lulle the west. And they \u00a0 always win over 90% of the vote by ragging. Eash of the state helping \u00a0 AMISON the African union peace keeping mission in Somali \u00a0are \u00a0member states of \u00a0IGAD and \u00a0infested by internal unresolved conflicts.\u00a0Somalia has been\u00a0\u00a0the Kurdistan of these dictatorial regimes<\/strong><\/em><\/span>. Since its colonial inception, the dream of \u00a0“Great Somaliland”<\/span> with five sided \u00a0stares \u00a0are pointing to the five\u00a0different \u00a0Somali\u00a0populated regions in the Horn of \u00a0Africa.\u00a0Somalis\u00a0like most of the\u00a0post colonial\u00a0African ethnic\u00a0minorities\u00a0 are distributed through \u00a0the post\u00a0colonial\u00a0 frontiers of \u00a0 Ethiopia,\u00a0Djibouti, Kenya. The rest Somalis are at war and \u00a0divided into the break away Somaliland, \u00a0Puntland\u00a0and\u00a0Mogadishu. The\u00a0Somalian\u00a0internal conflict helps to\u00a0maintain \u00a0the\u00a0balkanization of the colonially\u00a0divided regions like Kashmir\u00a0and\u00a0Kurdistan. It looks very far before the \u00a0Great Somaliland come to reality. \u00a0Rather the\u00a0balkanization\u00a0of \u00a0Somalia and the rest of the Horn of African States will continue. Under the foot step of Eritrea, \u00a0Southern Sudan will soon be the new state with that of \u00a0Puntland and Somaliland on the agenda. \u00a0The short term\u00a0consequences\u00a0of the Somalian \u00a0syndrome\u00a0would be the \u00a0continual tragic \u00a0Mogadishu\u00a0\u00a0type\u00a0suicidal\u00a0\u00a0bastes \u00a0 making civilian\u00a0victims\u00a0\u00a0in and around the region. In the \u00a0middle term such syndrom \u00a0 would \u00a0perpetuate \u00a0the power of \u00a0the armed\u00a0dictators in the\u00a0political\u00a0scene. The worst would be the\u00a0\u00a0long term consequences which will result in the balkanization\u00a0of \u00a0the region to \u00a0 small\u00a0ethical\u00a0ungovernable\u00a0\u00a0auto\u00a0proclaimed\u00a0states. This is \u00a0following\u00a0the\u00a0paradigm\u00a0set by the\u00a0Ethiopian\u00a0ethno-genocidal \u00a0 Dictator Melese \u00a0Ethnical states since 1991.<\/span><\/p>\n

This was further ignited \u00a0by the comming in power of an irridetist rouge \u00a0regime of \u00a0Melese Zenawie in Addis Ababa, at the fall of the Communist regime of \u00a0Mengistu Haile Mariam the same year. These dictatorial regimes use the Somalia as a proxy to their internal and regional post East-West conflict. The best demonstration \u00a0would be \u00a0that of \u00a0Eritea and Ethiopian proxy war in\u00a0Somalia. \u00a0The more the Somalian exterime group \u00a0create havoc, the more \u00a0the power of these fallen states \u00a0increaseas. \u00a0The \u00a0the regional dictators existance in power is directely proportional to the militarization \u00a0and \u00a0radicalized Somalia. The Somalian \u00a0exterime\u00a0\u00a0ideology is also helping the other dictators of the region to use it to their \u00a0Machiavellian\u00a0political\u00a0ends \u00a0 to disguise \u00a0as \u00a0 peace makers and fighters of liberity and stability in the region. Today to prove \u00a0your solidarity you have to send a solider to Somalia or Support the fallen regime in\u00a0Mogadishu controlling only his\u00a0residence. \u00a0Such outright \u00a0support \u00a0is a\u00a0ticket\u00a0to \u00a0 western finical and\u00a0diplomatic\u00a0support \u00a0to your own dictatorial \u00a0military regime to\u00a0perpetuate at the cost of the people of Somalia. <\/span><\/p>\n

The Somalian resistance to the creation of \u00a0 state is not a news\u00a0phenomenon\u00a0in \u00a0pre and post colonial Africa. \u00a0The\u00a0Somalis \u00a0 \u00a0speaking \u00a0the \u00a0same\u00a0language\u00a0 and having the same\u00a0religion\u00a0are highly divided by a sphosticated \u00a0clan based rivalry.<\/p>\n

Today the horn of African dictators \u00a0use Somalia as a escape goat to cover up \u00a0their \u00a0internal undemocratic tyrancial regimes. Uganda is mined with \u00a0its \u00a0long overdue internal conflict with the Lords Resistance Army (LRA), of Joseph Kony. The Ugandian strong man \u00a0needs the Somali conflict to\u00a0classify\u00a0Kony’s\u00a0Sudanese\u00a0assisted movment \u00a0 under \u00a0auspices of \u00a0international\u00a0terrorism. The \u00a0 unfinished Baganda \u00a0revolution who gave the country its name \u00a0has \u00a0recently\u00a0manifested to the international\u00a0scenario\u00a0 \u00a0at the recent unjustified\u00a0 burning of their \u00a0respected \u00a0King’s\u00a0cemetery in \u00a0Kampala. The country \u00a0is\u00a0undergoing\u00a0post colonial \u00a0internal \u00a0Ethnic\u00a0imbalance\u00a0between the Tutis 15 % ( controlling the army originated from Ethiopia like the Ankole Of\u00a0Uganda) \u00a0and the majority Bawetu over 80% of the population. \u00a0Burundi’s participating in Somalia \u00a0is an internal \u00a0balancing\u00a0act of Tutsi controlled army by outreaching and supporting \u00a0the minority \u00a0 \u00a0regime of Ethiopia in Somalia and as a \u00a0reenforcement \u00a0to their minority \u00a0power internally. <\/span><\/p>\n

Kenya has its northern federated region revendicated by \u00a0Greater Somalia as one of \u00a0its five \u00a0corner stares. \u00a0The incumbent president, Kibaki, is a member of Kenya’s largest and probably most powerful ethnic group, the Kikuyu, who total about 22 percent of the population; his rival, Odinga, is a member of the Luo, who comprise some 13 percent of the populace and live predominantly in western Kenya. In their bitter contest, in which Odinga promised to end ethnic favoritism and spread the country’s wealth more equitably, ethnicity was the deciding factor, and a marred victory on either side had always been likely to spark violence. In conclusion the Somlians are the Kurdistans of the Horn of Africa, every regime in the region \u00a0uses Somalia to cover up their internal crime. \u00a0The result is the expansion of the conflict in all of the region of 200 million inhabitants. In days \u00a0to come the regime is\u00a0condemned\u00a0we will be seeing more crisis \u00a0griping the region so long \u00a0as \u00a0minority dictators are in power. And\u00a0more of refugees will be \u00a0escaping these\u00a0rouge\u00a0and \u00a0fallen\u00a0states to save their lives. The international terrosort orgnaization have found \u00a0a fertile ground cultivated \u00a0and \u00a0delivred by dictatorial regimes.
